We asked our customers about their experiences with the AzurAqua Water Filter Jug. The results speak volumes — and give new customers an honest and enthusiastic picture of what to expect.
✔ 91% of users are satisfied
An overwhelming 91,3% of respondents indicates that they are satisfied with their AzurAqua Water Filter Jug. Customers particularly appreciate the ease of use, the visible improvement in their drinking water and the design of the jug.
✔ Improved taste of tap water
Whopping 81,6% of users notice a clear improvement in taste of their tap water after filtering it with the AzurAqua Water Filter Jug. The water is described as 'softer', 'fresher' and 'purer'. This makes drinking water not only healthier, but also much more pleasant.
✔ Filter replacement: conscious and involved
Most users replace their filter when the red light is on or when the TDS value is high. This shows that customers are actively concerned with the quality of their drinking water. It is noticeable that many users (59,2%) do not know exactly at which TDS value the filter should be replaced, which we see as an opportunity to inform and support our customers even better.
✔ More than half have replacement filters at home
The results show that 52,4% of customers already have replacement filters in stock. This shows that our customers value continuous use of filtered water — and that they trust the performance of our product.
✔ Filters last surprisingly long
Almost 40% of customers filter between 50 and 100 liters of water with one filter, a more than 1 in 5 even between 100 and 150 litersThis makes the AzurAqua Water Filter Jug not only effective, but also sustainable in use.
